Tennisytics ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Tennisytics mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Email address and name when you register or sign in with Google.
• Profile data: Your name, surname, role (coach / player / parent), and optional phone number.
• Match and player data: Match scores, player statistics, and related coaching data you enter into the app.
• Purchase information: Subscription status managed through RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the app's core features (match tracking, statistics, player management).
• To authenticate your account and keep your data secure.
• To process in-app subscriptions.
• To sync your data across devices.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may collect data as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google Sign-In: Optional sign-in method via your Google account.
• Sentry: Crash and error reporting to improve app stability.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the app. Upon deletion, your personal data and match records are permanently removed.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase security rules to protect your data from unauthorized access.

6. Children's Privacy

Tennisytics is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (via the "Delete Account" option in the app).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
